XELD Legal Intern

Legal Intern Xeld is looking for a Legal Intern to support the brand’s day-to-day legal, compliance, and documentation work across business and fashion-related matters. This role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in commercial legal work, contract review, intellectual property support, compliance research, and internal legal operations in a fashion-led business. Job description Responsibilities Conduct legal research on topics such as commercial law, advertising, consumer protection, data privacy, ethics, and compliance. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing NDAs, vendor agreements, and other basic commercial contracts. Support intellectual property work, including trademark records, design documentation, and brand protection tasks. Help maintain legal trackers, contract databases, internal files, and reporting documents for the legal team. Assist with policy reviews, governance documentation, and other compliance-related processes as needed. Provide general administrative support to the legal function and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are important for success in this type of role. Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism are essential for document-heavy legal work. Interest in fashion, branding, contracts, and intellectual property is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are valuable for in-house legal support roles.
